I don't mind using the harnesses stock electrical connections as those are in still great shape. The connections I really need to replace are the injector clips and the water temp (though I think the water temp connection maybe fine). Also the idle control valve (I think that's what it's called) clip is currently fine, but if I i'm going to replace all the similar clips I might as well replace that one too.

I understand your building custom harnesses and think it will work fine, especially if the only thing I would need would be a certain number of wires passing through the cannon plug and a certain amount of feet on either end. Given just that (wires and the cannon plug--lets say anywhere from 30-40 wires passed through the cannon plug)how much would the cost be? I understand cannon plugs can be rather expensive as are the tools for it. so for the harness like I just described above how much would it cost?
I normally charge $300 to complete a flying lead harness. This involves a little more work and I assume that we would be supplying the materials as far as the bulkhead connector and wire. If you have a preference for material I'd need to know that. There's a big price difference between regular PVC hookup wire and something like Tefzel. The plug itself, as you probably know, will be a large chunk of the expense.

So, as an estimate, about $400 for the labor and parts plus the cost of the bulkhead connector.
