I'm currently running an hks silent hi power exhaust..... Does that mean my aux ports aren't activating?

I have all stock cats and headers, i think i might have an exhaust leak somewhere near the headers though (sounds like an exhaust leak in the engine bay)

how can you test to see if your aux ports are working?

Put grease/Vaseline on the rods of the actuators, take the car for a rip and make sure to rev above 4k if the grease has moved your ports work.

Location of actuators? Would there be a BIG notice? My car gets to redline without any problems at all, it doesn't strain or hesitate or anything.
