You may have opened a can of worms here... Everyone has their favorite tuning software.
For the ITB's you could use one of the Weber manifolds or the RB Holley manifold for the Kinsler. Now on the more expensive end of things you could have a custom sheet metal manifold made for either.

Hogan's Racing Manifolds are damn nice if you have the cash to spend & there are a few more but you get the idea.
