So went to the dyno yesterday - something is still fucking me in the fuel dept. I think it may actually be the reg, gotta do some digging. Fuel PSI was just falling off up high and we almost blew the engine. She hit 1L under boost @5800rpm. not good but she's still running great. Coils and injectors are awesome. Making more power with less boost at lower revs. Highest we saw was 301 wheel @ 5500-6000 ish at under 7 lbs. last year the first session netted 313 wheel with 7.5lbs @ 7k. So, not a total failure but still, Brian is beyond pissed. Dave - gonna be calling you shortly when I get back into town on Monday to see about picking up that block. Picked up the 'vert last week. Prob gonna sideline my FC and get the Vert done first. Need to step away from the FC for a bit I think. |

It's a done deal my friend. We Just need to find the time. I got fucked at work, one of the summer dumbasses we hired failed his piss test so now we're down a douche. Sched is right now (in 24 hr time) 8:00-21:00 tomorrow, 8:00-23:00 Friday, 9-17:00 saturday then I'm heading out on the boat with my new lady friend, 13:00-21:00 Sunday..... I THINK I'm on 8:00-16:00 monday... does Monday work for you? Otherwise my next "day off" is next Thursday. I use that term loosely becuase I'll be there ~6:00 for my captaining/side job stuff. 12 boats need my love that day.

btw you have no idea, well you might, how frustrating it is to be doing a 3rd gear oull on high boost(14psi so its not even that damn high) and suddenly you hear a little baby pop and your boost drops down to 7psi because you just lost half your pressure from a .25 cent sized hole in the piping...aghaghaghaghaghagh!!!! ehh im better now....just venting lol

just over the winter i did a full rebuild, all new top of the line cryo treated seals, RA blacks with race springs, solid sides engines perfect....last month..secondaries die, fix that, 2 days later first vaccum cap blows off, last friday, trans blows, 4 caps later, i still cant build boost and i sound supercharged i now currently own 2 cars with blown transmissions and i cant wait to see what else breaks :) |

Helghast7, The supercharged sound is likely one of the two following issues. 1. A loose clamp on one of the couplers or 2. a loose connection on the y-pipe to turbos connection pointes. The metal gaskets will make a whining/whistling sound and the two reasons above will answer why you are not seeing boost. I have seen the factory IC pipes make this same noise when they have a tiny whole but usually it is one of hte issues above.
