only 1/8th mile racing but new best for me of 6.49 then backed up with a 6.44 @108 (1.39 sixty foot). Should be good for a 9.9x pass but will have to wait till 2011 before I get that slip.

That trans seems like it was worth it. I hope it holds together for you! |
I'm nowhere near as fast as you guys, but at least I'm still out there racing my car. I was able to get a new best for me, 13.187 at 109.79 with a bad 2.144 60'. I'm happy with the mph I'm getting but I'm shooting for 12s with the stock turbo. I can't get a good launch, it just wheel hops all through first. Hopefully I'll be able to go back to the track at least one more time and get a better time before they all close.

If you got an FD I would recommend getting the differential brace. You'll hook up alot better. |

Nice F'ing run! Congrats on the new times! Go easy on those V8's.......... Yeah right. Good kill! Seeing your run has got me motivated to get my FD track ready! Just need turbo, injectors/pump and tune! Still trying to decide what turbo to go with. |
Well I got to the 1/4 mile track this weekend and I am happy with the results....
Best run was an 11.80 @115.5..... my 60" was 1.6 and the 1/8 mile time was 7.5.. Hoping to get a little more practice with the drag radials and maybe get her down to 11.5 or better.. Joe |

109mph is a high 12 second pass. getting off the line is key. I'm pushing for 12's on the stock turbo (2nd gen, not sure what you got) also. I'm there now according to my 1/8 times, Just got to get to the track 1/4 mile track to make it official. |
