I don't think tires are super important ... I can probably make the ones on my 4 bolt wheels fit for a while if need be.

I have my trailer wheels you can borrow if you don't scratch them :)

Use some spares if all you need to do is roll the car around, I'm sure plenty of people have those laying around. I have one good spare I know of.
