Whats the biggie with a used aftermarket AST? Probably just a stock Exedy for now.

Ah didn't realized u bought an aftermarket one. for some reason thought u got a used oem 1.

you should be happy with the stock exedy one. Wished I had one in my car.

Yeah I am not planning to make enough power to need a stiff clutch.

I have an Exedy stage 2 in the Celica which is a puck design that is surprisingly tame, pedal pressure and feel is actually easier than the Exedy stage 1 that was originally installed.

Just throwing that out there in case you're on the fence about getting a heavier duty design but worried about driveability, if you are around mid TN anytime in the near future you're more than welcome to drive the Celica to get a feel for it.

Thanks for the offer Zach and I will keep that in mind. I am planning on running stock twins non-non-sequential so shouldnt be working the clutch too hard haha.

And I've always had my exedy twin disc. I love it.... and I particularly like watching everyone stall it

Pplate still has cross hatching.
