My FD's drivers front fender liner was eatin by my tire(car sits to low w/to much body roll).
The tire didn't stop at the liner it also wanted some of my wiring harness... took a bite outta 8 wires in that harness.
Thankfully it was not to bad and I was able to drive home.

This was my first year and i'm hooked!
AWESOME EVENT!!
I'll be back next year!

Add a FB rear chunk to the list. Sam still has to drive back to Canada so he may have more to add to the list in a few days :)

I made it safe and sound no problems at all.

Ducktapes Jeep was pissing coolant from around the water pump. Got a little warm at the top of the Skyway on the way back but was able to get us and the sandrail home in one piece.

Must have been from lack of oil. There's no way an FB could make enough torque to damage an axle

had a little trouble saturday with temps, was running a little hot causing coolant to spew out of the overflow bottle and a little out of the ast...but nothing dangerous..im blaming the altitude on it since once i left the mountains i had/have zero issues at all

but i had an awesome time..i just need to change exhausts...droning almost made me deaf...anyone have an rb dual tip for sale? :D

1st off.....Sorry to hear about your motor Kevin...
2nd.. Thanks for the AWESOME deal on the GoPro HD camara.. It's great...well worth the money.
and last but not least... We made it back to South Florida with NO issues.... guess having the FD's on trailers was a great idea... We left Bryson at 9am and made it home at Midnight... As for the cars on the Dragon... they did great... NO issues and my temps never exceeded 90* C....
This was my 1st year at DGRR and I plan on making it back every year from now on....
Met alot of members so I was able to put faces to names... everyone was friendly and welcomed my wife and I with open arms...

Thanks again for a GREAT weekend...

Joe

Yea they got lucky and got his rear end troubles fixed by saturday night

My saturday wasn't much better
Power Windows wouldn't work
Fuel Pump lost power.
Fuses all blew from rigging up the PW
Shifter broke (luckily got it rewelded)
All gauges went out and the E-fan ( had to rewire them all )
Huge coolant overflow from just adding and not emptying the catch tank...
But sure enough made it home fine =]

I actually had great luck, my car left in much better shape then when I headed to the dragon in the first place.

The 12+ hour drive revitalized my flat Odyssey battery. When I left the starter wouldn't turn at all (even after charging for ~4 hours), and when running if I put on the brakes the radio would shut off. By the time I made it to NC the battery works like new, which I thought was impossible for a dry cell.

Also on the drive down my boost pattern was 10-0-0, Dale was able to replace a faulty check valve on the spot for me and I had perfect working twins the rest of the trip. Hurray!

patrick, apparently leo had your old number and didnt get to talk to you on our drive back to AL... Sorry! I was asleep in the car and I think Leo was bored out of his mind. He kept calling your old number and someone answered for a second and blocked his number :)

I'm not busting on that particular FB, I'm just teasing a few FB owners that I'm friends with ;) Hence Duffmans comments

Specs on the FB? Engine bay pic?

Had to bang in a rear wheel fender edge so it didn't continue to jab into my $475 Michelin PS2 but other than that, no problems. G had enough of them for us all:) Tell them about the importance of using the key to prevent wheel lock if you hotwire the car!
