Sign up for NASA or SCCA. It takes some time and money but it supposedly helps out. I'm trying to finish my car and get out there. Every bit of help on parts for the 7 is worth it. I'm still trying to find out if NASA is the way to go. I've been reading their points classes and it's pretty cool when it comes to classing cars so it's always competitive.

I may once the car is good to go, but not for now.

well, their program also helps you as you build your car. Sign up to NASA and when you get all th einfo from them ou can send it to Mazda and they'll give you the discount. Tell them when the car will be finished and when your first race will be.

Yeah man, or just go to auto-X, it is a BLAST. But I want to try NASA out this year or next.

The discount is worth it, you get all the pieces at the same price that dealers do.

Yeah, you read that right.

be careful giving out prices, they can revoke your account.

That is well known information about the program though.

I can remember quite a few threads that went along the lines of "I can't believe how much the dealer has been ripping me off for years".

That, along with the fact that Mazda is helping individuals out with racing and keeping their cars running just blows my mind. It is the best grassroots effort of any car company that I know of.

Dealerships rip you off, except Trussville MAzda (they have pretty good prices compared to my LOCAL dealership).

If you havent thought to, you'll wanna' change your pillowball bushings in the rear and probably your cam washers for toe adjustment in the back too.
