They've never managed to get a single order right for me. And their website is inaccurate as well. As in they have parts on their website that they say will fit, when in reality they don't. And then they expect me tp pay for their fuck up in the form of return shipping costs. No.. Absolutely not. They can go fuck themselves.

Exact same thing has happened to me and on multiple occasions. +1 for the advertising parts that don't fit! That's a website that you have to be absolutely sure about what you need but even then I've come across stuff with incorrect pictures. . . I have never been so frustrated with something that should be a simple process, I haven't ordered from them since. If I do order anything in the future, it'll be something I'm familiar with.

Weird, I've never had any problems with the brake stuff I've ordered being the wrong P/N or not fitting. What parts did you guys have issues with so I know to steer clear?

Yup! I'm fine with it, mistakes happen, but fucking OWN UP TO IT! And NEVER make the customer pay for your mistake.

 Everything!!

Two perfect cases are Alternator for my '98 Jeep. They had one listed that was hi-output. So of course I bought it. When it showed it didn't fit. After going back and forth with them saying something about a tow package or something and that's why it wouldn't fit, they wouldn't take it back without me footing the return shipping charge, and a re-stocking fee. So before I did that I called my Jeep guy and we went through every single option of Jeep that was available that year and every single one of them had the same alt bracket. So it wouldn't have mattered, it never would've fit. When I told them their system was fucked they wouldn't admit it.... which leads to the next example

On that SAME MOTHERFUCKING ORDER I got a fel-pro rear main seal for the 2000 Jeep I also own (and for the '98 as well). Right on Fel-Pro's OWN FUCKING PACKAGING OR DESTRUCTIONS it says, different seals for 2000 and later 4.0's blah blah blah. Well... the asshats shipped me two of the same, and on their website the part numbers are the same as well. So again, their massive fuck up for not have the right parts listed and again, they wouldn't take it back without me paying for shipping and a restocking fee.

RockAuto can seriously go fuck themselves.
