He made an awesome double pass in the hairpin. Best I can find but it was awesome. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pV7XH9vcNa0

Oh wow. Thanks. He is such a great driver when he is on his A game. It is just sad to see him make small mistakes so often.

That's like the first pass I ever saw from him!

Great pass. I turned off also after Hamilton took out Kimi Raikkonen, I think this race was Kimi's, he had fastest lap and was behind Hamilton until he came out of the pits 1st.

I caught the pass while checking out the replay of the entire race on SPEED. It looked unreal, like something out of Hollywood special effects studio.

Roen 06-13-2008 11:51 AM

nah, i thought it was still Hamilton's, Kubica and Raikononen were on 2 stoppers, Hamilton was on a 1 stopper.

khronus79 06-13-2008 09:42 PM

^^^ you're probably right, but I'm bias towards Kimi.

I hate being a statistic watcher, but without cable television currently, it is the only way I can keep tabs on what is going on. I have missed the last couple races, but when I took a look today and saw that Felipe Massa was leading in points, I've got the be honest, that made me extremely excited. Massa has always been a terrific driver, but rarely ever could he hold it together.

I know it is still way too early to tell, but this is making me excited. Looking at the points, as well, it is still anyone's game. Massa, Raikkonen, Kubica, and Hamilton are all extremely close in points.

Yeah I think Massa may be one of if not the most underated driver. He just goes out and does what is asked of him and no one ever really talks about him. I wasn't ever a big fan of him but I'm becoming more of a fan, mostly because he always seems very humble.

Nutsid 07-03-2008 08:15 AM

I've been a pretty big Massa fan since Schumi started taking him under his wing and he really started to develop. I think he just needed some guidance to really start developing. He still makes some pretty rough mistakes, but I think it is due to excitement.

With every passing year he does better than the last. :)

I 100% agree that Massa is greatly underrated. They were talking about his future in F1 at the beginning of the season as if he didn't have one. Doesn't mean I like Massa much (I would much rather see Kimi win), but he is definitely underrated.

I'm not sure why, but I really don't like Hamilton much. Probably has something to do with his threat to Kimi's championship, but every time I see him on the tv I am hoping he makes a mistake and loses time.

Is it only me or does anyone else think that Hamilton is a little too "Femy"?

Femy as in Female like? I think that would explain pretty well why he hasn't married some ultra model yet.

SPICcnmFD 07-07-2008 08:50 AM

I think he is just a young "preppy" british guy. I don't think he is really "Femy". Even his dad kinda looks preppy to me.
