Could just be a blown hose on that housing.
There is a hose that goes from the top of the housing to the throttle body that often cracks.

I took another look at it and the leak is actually seeping thru the housing and the end plate on the passengers side. I first thought it was that hose you speak of but I replaced that one when I did the thermal bypass mod.
