Anyone want to do our meet threads different on this forum?
Just have one thread for all our meets.
It could be titled "SC RX7 club meets."

Sure the thread would be full of alot of bs and an occasional meeting place info. lol.
But we all know the drill, we alternate between upstate, Columbia, Charleston.
If anyones not sure of where an when we meet at any one month, just ask an you shall receive.

If all in favor, lets start it in January, or now if ya want. :icon_tup:

horrible idea imho, easier to keep track of dates/locations with separate threads

i just hope that who ever starts each thread keeps the first post in the thread with the recent/correct information for the meet

i'm still waiting on my manifold from Charlie. I've decided not to do the work to put it together with twins just to tear it apart a few wks later to swap to single turbo. But, I should be back in a 7 by this weekend. You should see it Friday afternoon when I stop by and drop of parts.

turtle...i think i had a few classes that i could have skipped the exam and still made a low B... =P

rotarybeat1287 11-27-2008 10:15 PM

alright guys! Who all from our club is planning on going to the auto-x on Saturday? Turtle... if you want, just come to the auto-x and study on Sunday. But for Sunday...

Sunday December 7th:

10am sharp! (This means you Masin!!!) = meet up in Easley @ the Waffle House near Wal-mart off of Hwy 123.

Waffle House
910 S Pendleton St
Easley, SC 29642

Mapquest or Google it for directions. After we all eat we can just go cruise up through the mountains through a pre-planned route. Traynham, if you want to help plan... just give me a call so we can put together a loop. Remember most of these guys drive back the same day so no runs out to Hot Springs or Doggit. haha.

^^^^ HAHAHA... i'll be stopping in spartanburg tomorrow to drop some things off with masin, it will be no earlier than 3-4 pm... i'll call you on my way from charlotte.

87turbo_turtle 11-28-2008 03:18 PM

Allan I will try....as you know your body's natural study habits are hard to change...but yeah David liked that Idea where is the autox and what time

rotarybeat1287 11-30-2008 01:39 AM

...the other night up on the mountain! 10 minute long exposure. You can see some signs of the earth rotating but had to leave pretty quickly during this shot. I'll get my picture perfect star trails soon once this crappy weather leaves. I planned on a couple of 1-hour long exposures and merging them together to make complete circles of the stars paths. lol.
