You need to take off work 4 days, Thursday through Sunday, April 28th through May 1st.

Caravan from ATL to NVNC

People from AL, MS, LA, FL, and GA will meet up and go up as a HUGE caravan.. I'm guessing 50+???

Date: Thursday April 28th, 2011.

Time: 11AM to 2:30PM - Depart at 2:30 and I'll get some maps made just in case some people fall behind. We'll have 1 or 2 stops along the way so people could catch up and get gas or something..

Meeting place:
Sydney's Buffet - 2131 Pleasant Hill Road, Duluth, GA
Some people will eat here from 11 to 2PM :)

parking lot should hold 100+ cars around the shopping area..

How about leaving at 3PM from ATL?? I don't want to leave too much later as traffic in ATL can get crazy..

And we'll have couple of pitstops on the way and let you know where those will be.... So, you could catch up to us. I'm shooting for 6-7PM arrival at NVNC. Have dinner there, relax, and just chill thursday night.

Friday, I was going to do some runs on the dragon, check out "some" mini's and head to the damn around 2:30PM to set up for the "Damn Dam Picture".

This will be my 4th DGRR but my first time to caravan, wanna try something different from the usual drive straight through routine I've done in the past and this time I've got friends coming along. I plan on leaving Dallas Wednesday morning, Google says it's 13 hours so my lil group should show up there sometime that evening. This is gonna be their first DGRR and I think they'd enjoy it more with the caravan drive up with you guys. :)

Still trying to make plans, it all depends when I leave work here in Denver. Also if Sam can get off work for Thursday. So may caravan up, but make a speed run at night to go get her.

Yes,same caravan. I'm just not meeting up for lunch and will join the caravan a little further north off of I-985, just after the I-985 split from I-85. A few of us are meeting the same place that everyone joined up last year with the Atlanta caravan. Glad you and your crew are going to join the caravan. It's going to be great.

the exit is exit 451 Jasper/Live Oak.

It is about 15 miles North on I-75 after you pass I-10. We will be meeting at the Mobil Petrol Station at 8am. I will be leaving my house in Jax at 7am to get there by that time. Right now it looks like it will be me in my 8 and two Fd's. What are you guys coming in?

A few of us are going to meet the caravan further up I-85, at the first exit just after splitting to I-985. If you guys leave by 2:30, we are going to be waiting at 2:30PM at the Wal-Mart parking area just next to I-985 (same place as last year's ATL caravan). There's convenient access to the interstate, also Asian buffet (Ichiban Buffet Sushi Grill) and Pizza (Stevie B's) in the Wal-Mart parking lot, plus Chevron gas station.
