Damn that sucks and looking at it id say it probably will have bondo on it as well thats what they did to my suburban when somebody tried basically the same thing and when that failed they left it alone but ended up costing me to 700 to get kinda the same repair fixed.

I'm just chillin, weighing my options incase I need a rebuild. I need to get her back on the road and hopefully repainted before DGRR '10. I really need suspension as well.

LOL i would love to come to the cruse in's just gotta get outta afganistan first man :). yea ive decided ima go ahead and have mine rebuilt once i get home she should be nice and ready for DGRR lol and even if shes not quite ready ill put her on the trailer and bring her to the meeting place. Its only bout an hour and a half from my house depending on how fast you drive lol.

oh and dj im looking for the piping for that kit cause i lucked up and get a brand new one from a friend back home that bought it and never used it but he cant find the pipes that went to it lol. anyways i picked up the i/c core for 50 bucks still in the box and wrapper so im hunting that set of pipes now

Well that is what my silver SA is built for. Much less my FD has 38K miles. I would not forgive myself if something happened to her. It took me this long to find her.

I've got Brian Cain building me a Renesis motor for the 8 BTW. It's going to be a half-bridge, so it should sound pretty nice. I can't wait till it's done and in the car.

I ordered my wheels too. I got them for half price.
It may be after the first of the year before the new motor is actually in the car. But I'll be going turbo after the motor is broke in with the ports.
