I would like to see interior and under hood pictures....

RotorDad 09-07-2009 08:52 PM

Ok I'll take some pics of the Interior & engine bay pics this week If you all are talking to me. I had started moving some gauges & replacing some things under the hood. So please excuse the mess because I got lazy & have yet to finish.

Rotordad's FC needs to make it to DGRR '10.

Seriously.

When is the cutoff for this? I'm painting my car this weekend, but I don't want to submit a picture of it as it sits right now, lol. Its multi-colored.

I will definately try to be there, when will it be? I have a few things to finish on the blue car & would like to hang out with all of you rotorheads.

Usually DGRR is in early to middle April. The details will come soon, and will be prominently posted on the board!!

RotorDad 09-10-2009 12:45 PM

Thanks that should be enough time to do pretty much everthing I want to do. LOL

What are the specs on your wheels? I know they're wide but what offsets are you running to keep them flush without rubbing?

It really is a tough competition this month....I'm torn between the Mariah and the plushie. Seriously, tough competition, this is going to be a close vote.

Whizbang 09-10-2009 03:50 PM

im gonna call on it on the 13th

WE3RX7 09-10-2009 05:14 PM

How have I missed RotorDad's FC in fredericksburg being that I'm only 30 minutes away? Do you ever drive it on the street? You would think a Mariah FC would get some attention and SOMEBODY would have told me about it by now.

If you make DGRR '10, you can caravan down with me... in my car, I'll drive yours :)

RotaryRoadRage 09-10-2009 09:56 PM

Yea , that mofo is SUPER nice.. Need's to be cryst white or bril black LOL very nice though... Very nice indeed.

I use to bring it out alot, but it was silver then & only on weekend nights. Now my money has been a little funny over the past yr due to me being unemployed, so I took the insurance & tags off any cars that I don't drive regularly. during this time I figured I would just change some things around slowly. I had stock piled some parts for my turbo FB project & since I won't be able to finish that anytime soon I have been putting them on my 86 ( fuel stuff ). Sure we can swap cars LOL

I was thinking two tone for a time Gunmetal grey with a Black mica top & doing the spokes of the wheels Black, but money talks & I don't have enough right now family first.

They're 17x9 +24 all around, exactly the specs of Mustang Cobra wheels. I'm running a little bit of camber and a roll on the fenders. Hopefully I can get some 30mm's on her and run 285's on 18's all around next year :) Josh18_2k and Blue TII's research helped me on the fitment!
