What size fuel cell?

Oh, by the way, you'd better keep a close eye on it. DJ's a sneaky so and so.

almoststockfc 04-09-2015 04:00 PM

15 gallon. Yea I'm sure he would want to get his hands on it.

FC Zach 04-09-2015 11:24 PM

Sweet updates! is that a bladder type fuel cell?

almoststockfc 04-10-2015 06:07 AM

2 inch notch = TRACTION

FerociousP 04-15-2015 02:49 PM

very interesting... care to explain?

almoststockfc 04-15-2015 03:38 PM

The axle that I purchased for the truck is 3 inches (1.5 on each side) narrower than stock. It would work fine with a custom set of wheels. If I'm going to buy custom wheels I might as well buy some really wide ones. I only went with 2 inches (the size of the frame) that way I could keep my suspension at the furthest outward points so the handling will be the same. Just with more traction.

rx7 vinnie 04-24-2015 11:05 AM

Idk if I'm excited about the truck build or Coffey's fabrication bill....

almoststockfc 04-24-2015 12:26 PM

He works for beer and unicorn blood. He also makes me make all the decisions

rx7 vinnie 04-24-2015 12:55 PM

Imagine what he'd do for Phish concert tickets.

estevan62274 04-24-2015 01:12 PM

1st round trials of 3d printed haltech case. I wanted a case to hold it securely to my fire wall and couldn't find anyone who made one, so with some help from our 3d guy i did

FC Zach 05-19-2015 10:30 AM

Nice work, here's a simple solution ;) only costs a few cents.

And for a little more there's this, you're welcome

almoststockfc 05-19-2015 10:49 AM

I did think about a separate elevated plate inside the cab on the fire wall. I also have seen the injected performance bracket and 2 more like it. I dont want to drill holes in my firewall in case i decide to move it one day. I just want to do something different.

Johnny_K 05-20-2015 05:58 PM

3d printing very cool

zip ties are too high tech, needs Duct Tape!

FC Zach 05-21-2015 12:06 AM
