I booked my cabin yesterday and they said id get a confirmation email, I havent, did anyone get one and how long after you booked did you get it? Was there a break down of the costs?

rxtasy3 01-07-2011 01:34 PM

it's a weather problem that they're currently having. the guy i talked to said they had like 2" of ice there and was actually dealing with booking from his home so don't know what limitations is having since he wasn't actually at the lodge.

TitaniumTT 01-11-2011 05:32 PM

Drive you pussy!

hades 01-11-2011 06:19 PM

nah.
This way I can come fresh and ready to drink - and not after a 16+ hours in the car in the size of a coffin.

TitaniumTT 01-11-2011 07:26 PM

awe........ boobbyyyy..... It's worth the drive to drive your own car down the dragon. Drinking can still happen, and in fact, seems to progress faster after a drive like that

hades 01-11-2011 07:35 PM

I might - I have a few months to decide. I won't buy tickets until the beginning of march.

I was going to offer to flight out to CT and car pool down with you. But then I remembered that I dont like pushing cars  :cheers2:

TitaniumTT 01-11-2011 07:41 PM

HEY! That car never had to get pushed once on that trip! But shit, if you're game, there's a few big caravans that head down from the NE.... and we're hoping to pick up two more on the way heading back north.

hades 01-11-2011 07:56 PM

could happen. See whats what in a few weeks. But it I think a road trip would be fun.

TX-->CT-->TN--CT-->TX - probably not the most direct route. :dunno:

how far is the trip for you?

TitaniumTT 01-11-2011 08:08 PM

A short 14 hrs from me in CT. substract maybe 90-120 minutes if you fly into Newark. JFK or LGA wouldn't save any time. But, there's the trip through Manhattan :dunno:
