Mja, I really don't should fabricate my own clutch :)
I already have this clutch, but you never know when you need to create something.
This assembly was just for training in Solid Works acctualy.

Right know I'm sitting in Solid Works and bulid some Brake Calipers though.
Hopefully I will have my own 330mm Calipers :)

Not much, but a start at the front-brake-issue...

Hopefully I will be able do to make my own brake-calipers.

So... just out of curiosity are you making the irons as well as the housings? Or are you pulling those parts from other engines like the 13B/20B? Are you going to offer the EShaft for sale eventually?

I'm just curious as that would stop me from having to re-invent the wheel when I'm ready to do this.

No, I will not make any irons or housings. Just the E-shaft and the parts that will need to be done to start :)
I will not sell the shaft then, or the blueprints. You'll never know when you need to have these blueprints in the locker :)

There is a joint over here that sells quad rotors, was very amazed to see one when I was down at WTAC. They do some other weird shit though as theirs is only 50mm longer then a 20b the guy said. I didn't find out how much it was though, he told me that it comes as a package with g/box and shit.

Have made my own tool for the little jack into the loosen shaft-parts. Don't know the english word for it.

3.40mm wide and 5.70mm deep. Then put an insert for a lathe there, tada! :)

I have now google-translated to explain myself :)

This tool I will put into my CNC-mill. Lock the spindel still. Then I will "shave" of the material inside the lose shaft-parts to make the KEYWAY :)
Yesterday the word "keyway" wasn't in my head, soo I used the word jack ;)

This picture maybe help you all understand what I'm about to try out.
This is an 20B-front just for show.

I will now make an fixture to hold the same of mine, the with the spindle off, cut about 0.1mm at time i stages untill i got the right keyway.

First attempt!

Have done a keyway in a test-piece. Works fine! And now I will continue with the fixture for the real deal...

Movie on the way!
