wing door handles and tails are baking in the booth as we speak. ill put everything back together tomorrow and then get er cut and pollished.

ok. so wing is mounted door handles are in. new windshield installed. all that left is putting back on rear bumper support and rear bumper cover and my tails and she is done. ill have more hi res pics posted either tomorrow or the next day.

pearl white... I always wanted to paint my own Turbo II that color... looks nice in the pics, I can only imagine what it looks like in person.

Have you wet sanded an buffed it yet? That, and a better camera would probably make it look better online.


PS: Is there a reason you deleted the trunk key lock, but not the 3rd brake light?

i took those 2 pics with my cell phone real quick cause i didnt have my digi. i have an olympus 9000. its an awesome camera. i havent wet sanded or buffed yet. i will but only in a couple spots. the clear layed very flat and there is not much dirt in it at all. i kept the 3rd brake light cause i like it i guess. lol i thought about shaving it too i just didnt for some reason lol. you could make one up for me i suppose :biggthumpup:

I hear ya I just replaced a coil, cracked plug, and plug wires because #4 was arcing on the Taco. I also have to do my Timing Belt soon. I am still working on what is going on with the shop. It just takes forever to get an answer. There may still be hope there.

i understand with your situation too on the whole shop thing. Mainly im taking it to shelby cause i know it wont be an inconvenece to anyone but me.

oh sean you sly dog you. i actually decided that im gonna get my chassis squared away first. all suspension components, wheels and tires and cleanliness! ;) that part should go the fastest. then ill do engine after that so that way i can just get in and drive it and not have to worry about parking it every so often to do more. but i think a year is a good goal to set to her done.

ok.. so since my build in kind of in limbo right now due to money saving and the fact that my car is and hour away from me, i/we (the other kyle and myself) will be starting on a super secret fun project for his car. i dont wanna give away anything just yet cause it is his project but all updates will be posted on my build thread while we are waiting for updates on my ride :)
