Changed the oil and cleaned up Sheiba last night and she is ready to go.

I took a shower and pooped this morning, I am ready to go. :icon_tup:

Don't know. Charles is doing pics this weekend. I'm going to have the engine stripped down and sitting in the bay, so only the front mount is holding it in, so he can come over with the cherry picker and engine and pull-drop in like 30 minutes.

Then I'll button it back up and carry on.

Prob good time to do that exhaust mod since the header will be disconnected.

What exhaust mod? Ain't nobody got time to be fancy.

Yeah, we did more than expected yesterday. All that's left is the alternator, PS pump, and fan clutch and shroud. Also have to install the oil pressure sender and water temp sender. So, about 20 minutes of work.

Probably could have had it done, but Charles wanted to play with the carb. And I needed the banjo bolt drilled/tapped before I put oil in it.

Carb cleaner and your wife keeping it idling. That's what you need. I might be able to come over this weekend, but it's Easter and you'll probably be busy.

Drove the blk fd around yesterday and AFRs looks pretty good with Jacobs map on it. Fans arent on like they should so I need to figure that out next.

Just got tags for the blk FD so all the FDs are tagged and legal.

I think the MB FD is burning oil through the turbos. I need to see if a catch can is going to help with this. If it doesn't I probably need to change the oil feed restrictor and put some more miles on this thing b4 we take it up to the gap.

The tps seemed to help. But i think the main factor was a tube running from the airbox bypassing the maf and back into the intake. So essentially a big vacuum leak.
