FS-(SOLD)Rotary Extreme Monster V-mount Chattanooga, TN

SOLD

As the title says Monster V-mount, never used purchased from Chuck at RotaryExtreme several years ago and afraid its going to be to big for me to use with the plans I have for the car. Would like to get $2200 local pick up add another $50 for delivery as its not so much heavy as it is bulky and may have to ship in two boxes to prevent damage. It includes all the hardware Chuck supplied with his kits, along with install directions I pulled from his website before it went off line. Also will include the fans on the radiator and I have already lengthened those wires. For an extra $100 I will throw in the greddy elbow if you don't already have one. The intercooler and elbow are both polished. It is set up for a twin setup but can accomidate a single with little to no modifications. I also had the radiator made with the brackets to retain the a/c condensor so it does support retaining the a/c if you so choose. Any questions drop me a pm or email at brockjonathan@gmail.com.

I've been eyeballing this for a while. If I could ever sell my Pettit Coolcharge III, I'd buy this. Good luck with the sell.

Thanks, if I can't move it on the forums I may haul it down to DGRR with me, might be hard for someone to pass up when its sitting there in front of them lol

I'm weary of waitin to see what Jason (RX7 Store) and Ramy are gonna come up with. What exactly is required for single?

fikren 03-20-2008 08:02 AM

In the picture the right side pipping is in a position to mate up with the y-pipe for the twins. To make it work with a single you have two options.
1)cut the pipping on the right side and move it so it lines up with the turbo
2)get a pipe to connect to the intercooler pipe that fits to the turbo.

Other than that its just a matter of getting your bov attached to it and any other things that you may be running such as water injection.

sorry for not consolidating my questions, but can i still use my ac an turbojeff battery tray?

fikren 03-24-2008 11:37 PM

A/C is retainable, I had ordered the radiator with the brackets for the A/C in case I wanted to keep it. You do have to bend the A/C line so it hits the new angle which is explained in the instructions. I am not familar with the turbojeff battery tray. If it is like RotaryExtreme's mini battery setup then yes it will work, if its a regular size battery then you will either have to get a mini battery or relocate to the bins or trunk.

Cool... thx! The turbojeff is like the RE's :) I'm still a couple months in debt to A-Spec, but I'm really swayed by this kit. Shortly after I got the fd, RE shut down - shucks. Hopefully (for me) u dont sell this anytime too soon. I'll keep an eye on this thread.
