Just thought I would get a thread going.

Me and Paul are planning to leave at 4pm on Thursday April 15th to head to Nantahalla Village. We will be leaving Smyrna, Almaville Rd (exit 70).

We will have a quick stop off in the Boro to pick someone up, then continue through Chattanooga to 75N. We get off before Cleveland and take the 'back way' along the Ocoee into NC and onto Murphy, NC.

As long as the cars hold together that is.

I'll be there. Guess I kind of have to be or you'll be sleeping in your cars... ;)

Not necessarily, we could be drinking in the parking lot.

But I would rather tape 40oz bottles to Zach and make him run around with a traffic cone on his head.

We will only be going about 70mph. That's all Paul's SA can do.

Thats all Paul's SA wants to do... at like 3500rpm... lol

That will Probably be when we head out to or maybe a hour or so later depends on when Kenneth, Stacy and i all get off.


Paul why does you car only do 70 Parks car has been up to 80 something before

It will go faster, he just doesn't want to because the RPM's are high.

I'm staying with the inlaws @ exit 70 until my house sells. Where will we be meeting? I would think that the Shell truck-stop or Kangaroo would be best for gas and parking.

Dj and I both work at the warehouse complex and its less than a minute to that station. Kangaroo will be best.

Zach as in (Charles, Melinda, Kenneth, Ashley, Stacy, Gary, and me) will be leaving about 6 too since Stacy, Kenneth and i don't get off till about 5.

So Dj and Paul yall should wait two hours and head out with us. You know safety in numbers haha

Robert is also going to be with us, and I think Brian will be right behind us.....actually you guys will probably catch up with Paul in the group.

we may with melinda in our group haha, need to tune my carb or ill never get there only getting like 150 miles to the tank at the moment

Yea robert its pretty sad, Im gonna mess with it some friday after work as well as probably swap out fuel pumps. I've got my fpr set at 5 psi and my gauge is only showing 3 psi.

I have a bridge ported renesis coming HOPEFULLY within the next week. It just has to be put together. I had talked to Charles about it at the last meet up. Needs to be put together and swapped out with my current motor.

So, who is bringing a truck/trailer/SUV to DGRR from Mid TN?

I am needing transportation for my catback system, and possibly a short block. The short block I should be able to fit in whatever I am taking, but the catback is too long.

Anyone?

talk to zach hes trailering his bike behind his car might be able to strap it to that.
