Looking for an engine!

Prefer an S5, NA or Turbo it doesn't matter.

The more complete the better. Prefer to be running. Blown would be OK, but don't expect much $$$.

I am located in TN, I can drive to the surrounding states to pick up, otherwise it would be shipped to a dock with ZIP 37167.

Let me know what you have, pics are ideal.

Thanks!

You might as well just tell me. You know I live close enough to stalk you... :reddevil:

the spyder, may be able to help you, he usually has very good affordable engines on hand :)

And your guy's conversation cracked me up..Awesome!

djmtsu 12-09-2010 06:45 PM

Who is the 'spyder'?

joemaddox 12-09-2010 11:38 PM

marc at fd3s in beaverton OR. Its just a person i though i would recommend as a trust worthy person as rotary engines are hit or miss when it comes to buying them unseen in car. :) he is on the NW section here.

i know where one or 2 are :P I wanted them to have the pullys and the intake manifolds so I could powder coat them. but if u want them I could point you in the right direction, if u let me borrow the parts i need I can powder coat them and swap them onto my car and then I could powder coat the parts and ship them to you? unless u just want them plain.

NoDOHC 12-12-2010 01:45 AM

What about Landers? Is he still in business?

I have a complete S5 NA motor with cut harness $500
Running under 100k when pulled for a V8 swap. has MMO in it and gets rotated along with my other motors often. Also have a S5 shell here as well.
Have FD motor (keg) if you rather go that route $600

djmtsu 12-22-2010 10:03 PM

Problem is tentatively solved. I am going to pick up Vinny's vert.

I found a S5 TII motor I was going to use for the FC in Chad's back yard, but now that motor is going to Charles.

It is a strange world we live in.
