FD Air pump Deletion Idler (Interest feeler)

- Remove your air pump and still have full belt contact with water pump
- Idler will have a CNC cut Aluminum pulley with a double row sealed bearing rated at 12000RPM

The brackets and the shaft are steel. The shaft can be adjusted forward and back for belt alignment with belt adjustment being the same as stock with the stock sized belt. Single turbo applications may use a smaller belt which will allow the idle to tuck closer to the motor.

Pricing will be based on interest.

Garfinkles Motor Works 05-02-2008 09:08 PM

Cp1 Start making yours , the bearing is over $ 50 and the pulley cnc cut will be more than it will cost you to do your own for sure .Chadwicks unit may be less than $ 150 .Please check with him ,his unit is different but is well made .

I'm very curious of the price too...

Garfinkles Motor Works 05-10-2008 08:02 AM

Unless someone cuts the pulley for less than the prices I have ,the cost will be $ 200 with SS bolts .I am looking for a less expensive pulley before ordering them .

When you are ready I can send you one to try the fitment . You can shorten the adjusting arm I am sure. I do not supply the adjusting arm you must cut and drill your stock one .
