Herblenny 05-22-2008 03:56 PM

Awesome!!! We should try to make an event out of this... For the RCC!!! Lets spread the word!!!

Herblenny 05-22-2008 04:59 PM

Quick Question Kevin,

I tried to order and it says Paddock pass is $10.. Do I not select for paddock pass?? Do you get it at the event?? Can you check on this??

Also, I might move this to the top and have a new sub forum for this..... instead of DGRR..

Let me know what you think.

fikren 05-22-2008 08:41 PM

how much are the tickets total?

Did you enter the code for the car club discount? When you do, it takes you to a new page where a paddock pass is included with every ticket you purchase. For some reason, that page also shows that you can purchase additional paddock passes for $10 each, though I don't know why anyone would buy an extra one.

Herblenny 05-23-2008 10:30 AM

I see.. So, pad dock pass thing I see is for an extra one.. Hmm.. My bad.. My mistake!

OK.. I guess I'll purchase one:) I have to talk to my wife and make sure there isnt anything else I need to do.

staticpat 06-09-2008 07:13 PM

Well if my 84 gets painted soon I will definetly come out for this event. BTW does someone local handle the RCC decals? I'll throw some on the car when its done with paint.

hes not local or in this country even but everyone that has delt with him has had great experiances. PM -xlr8planet- for your decal needs. I think he has a 40th anny version bagde decal that is for RCC, not sure what all else. He can also do just about anything you could possibly want decal wise.

ZGN 06-15-2008 07:47 PM

Only two weeks away. Get your tickets and car corral pass now!

The Porsche 250 Grand Am Rolex Series races at the Barber Motorsports Park are only two weeks away. Get your tickets and car corral pass now! See below for ordering information.

Some interesting changes and additions have been made to this year's event. The Koni Challenge series, with it's huge variety of marques, runs on Saturday and the Rolex Series DP and GT will be combined into one race on Sunday. Some series that are new to the Barber Motorsports Park include: The BF Goodrich Skip Barber National (http://www.skipbarber.com/race_serie...pionships.aspx) will thrill the crowd with open-wheeled racing, the SunTrust MOTO-ST Endurance Motorcycle racing (http://www.moto-st.com/) will bring some two-wheeled excitement to the event, and the Ford Mustang Challenge Series (http://www.millercup.com/) will bring a large, competitive group of cars and the makings for a great race.

Some significant improvements have been made at the track since last year's event. Most notably, the gully between the car corral area and spectator hill has been filled in, creating one large area. This will make getting back and forth in this area a breeze. There is also much more frontage area for the corral, meaning that more cars can be parked track side.

To order your tickets and car corral parking pass, go to https://www.southtix.com/grandam-tickets.html or visit www.barbermotorsports.com and follow the links to the event and ticket ordering page.

In the box next to "Password," enter the code: carclub08 - then click "Order tickets" at the bottom of the form.
Select "RotaryCarClub" from the list
Select the tickets that you want to purchase
Select the number car corral passes that you need
Enter the year and make/model of the car(s) you will be bringing
Click on "Order tickets" at the bottom of the form, then enter your payment information

You can also order by calling Southtix at 1-800-240-2300 - just be sure to give the code: carclub08 "RotaryCarClub"
