TX-San Antonio Parting several SA/FBs
Ok guys, time has come to cull the herd again,
No really I have about 7 or 8 SA/FB bodys in various stages of disrepair. These are not complete cars we have had these cars for a little while none of them are in great shape. I will be crushing whatever is left on 1 May. I would do it sooner but I can't bring myself to destroy parts someone might need. What parts are available, trannies, rear-ends, suspensions, some body parts, misc smaller interior pieces and trim. NO ENGINES, there are some engine, intake etc parts available. All offers will be considered. |
Dave, I might be interesed in a spare 5sp tranny. Do you have smooth cased one which were in good running order?
|
GSL-SE volume knob?
|
Trannys yes which one do you need I have a few of them. 79-80 or 81-5
Volume knob no I don't have any that are seperate from the whole radio |
79-80
|
do you have any of the good parts like taillights? i need two good FB tails.
|
I will look and see on the FB Taillights.
I am sure that I have a couple of good used SA 5-speeds you would be looking at 150$ plus the shipping. |
Any estimate on shipping tranny to 52722? No hurry.
|
Dave- I know its not on topic but Im getting closer to getting my repu road worthy again. PM me if you have a mirror like off your old red 77 and how much to 79749 (austin). thanks!
85rx7gslse - I think I saw all of the knobs for my old SE radio in my kid's room (??). I'll gather em up and send em all to you for free if I have the one you need. |
Do you have any front spindles for an '84-'85 big bearing? I just need the spindle part and the dust covers, both sides. I don't need the struts, springs, rotors, calipers, or caliper brackets.
how much shipped to 80918? |

I have had a good enough response to this that we are going to stay the execution of these cars to ensure you get what you need, admittedly it also doesn't hurt us as the $$ goes right back into preserving the others |

i think he might just want any 84-85 spindles.
|
yea if it is just the standard 84-5 spindle he wants I can do those much cheaper like 75$ total shipped
|
Yes it is the standard 84-5 spindles and dust covers that I need, not the SE.
Edit: I also was looking and I need the spindle nuts, retainers, washers, and dust covers. |

I added the dust covers (or caps, whatever they are called) that go over the bearings as well if that is ok. Does that change the price?
I will take it either way. Do you take paypal or something else? I will PM you my info. |
If i am correct you need the tube/spindle 84-5 with all spindle hardware, dustcaps and backing plates correct?
So i will be removing the struts, springs, rotors, and calipers. If that is good I am sure that I can do it for a total of 75$ shipping included paypal is rotarydave@aol.com, parts will be going out on Wed please include good shipping address |
That is correct
I sent the payment with the address. PM me if there is anything else you need. |
do you have a stock wing
|
Dave,
I need the following, all for an 83 GSL: Set of power window switches Heat/A/C control unit (manual one with the sliders and knob) Passenger headlight motor with good splines and a good arm with nylon washers still Passenger headlight door/cover/lid thing Header panel (metal panel between the lights) Front bumper cover Any kind of front spoiler (I need a picture first, looking for function over form) It would be shipped to WA 98626 so obviously the header panel and front bumper are highly dependent on price/shipping. |

Parts for P71
I need the following, all for an 83 GSL:
Set of power window switches (got some but I need to rehab them and check to make sure they are good) Heat/A/C control unit (manual one with the sliders and knob) (got plenty no problem) Passenger headlight motor with good splines and a good arm with nylon washers still (Got the motor don't know about the arm do you need both or which one short or long) Passenger headlight door/cover/lid thing (What color do you prefer) Header panel (might be easier and cheaper for me to find you one in WA) Front bumper cover (Same as above) Any kind of front spoiler (don't have any aftermarket ft spoilers just stock) Give me a couple of days to complete this list with conditions and a price DAVE |
Dave,
My passenger motor works but the splines are worn away so the motor spins but the short arm with the ball stays still. The long arm that goes from the ball on the motor to the headlight has no bushings so that's the arm I need. I prefer a Sunset Red Metallic lid but I'll take any color. My header panel and front bumper are OK, they just need some bodywork so I figured I might try and find some better ones so I'll have less bodywork to do. |

I need a few things for an 85 GS.
I need a dust cover for the front wheel bearings. The fuel door opener button/switch. Passenger side mirror(power). Exterior door handle. All of the hardware for wiper arm studs. The nuts, spacers and covers. Especially the 2 big nuts that hold the studs through the cowl and body. That make any sense? It all would be shipped to 40475. Thanks |
I need a small flange drive shaft for my early 83 GSL rear
|
i was wondering if you had the plastic pieces that cover the steering column
for an '85 fb |
Dave, any updates on my parts it has been a month?
|
My parts came in and they are exactly what I needed, thanks. Also thank your wife for me for sending them out.
|
I need passenger and driver manual SA mirrors for sure.
Possible items that I want to price check you on are as follows: Hood, doors, driver and passenger (might have a tin bug issue) Cut the top off a non sunroof car Bits needed for conversion to GSL or GSL-SE front and rear big spindle etc that everyone seems to race on (i'm new to 1st gens and am getting a Mariah widebody SA road/track worthy again) Also since this is last minute to your deadline send me a PM with your phone number as I wouldn't mind talking to you about what else you might have around. I'm up in Dallas so could easily drive down to pick stuff up. |
Do you have stock Springs, Struts, and ideler arm?
