Basically I'm gonna throw together a mishmash of the current progress from other forums that I have posted this on.

I'm in Vegas for SEMA right now, so I'll post some other crap when I get home probably.

So basically, all the cars are being built in BRE Motorsports out of Concord, NC

Throwing together a 3-rotor drift car, a nice FD "show" car, and my weekend warrior S5 TII.

First, I bought the car like three years ago. Maybe four, I forget. Whenever I first started driving. Bought some 1988 Turbo II RX-7 with a 0 compression motor. Rebuilt it with a buddy of mine. Sold it, and then bought the one I am currently working on.

I bought it from a buddy of mine named Hiro, he was an exchange student from the ol' Japanz land. It was all right, kinda quick for what it was. Nasty lookin' though. Flat black, non-fittin' body kit. blahblahblah the whole shabang. It had shitty suspension, all that shit. I never felt like doing anything to it until I fried my turbo. Actually, I dunno what was wrong with it. It was a big free POS anyway. So I parked the car after daily driving it for like two or two and a half years.

Where it sat, for a year maybe. So I got tired of letting it sit. And went to start her up and take her for a ride one day. Given it's rotary, it wasn't too fond of that. So it took a bit of work. Anyway, long story shot. Them wires was soooo fucking rigged some shit fried and then it sat more. Wiring sucks. :(

Anyway so I had a bit of luck recently, and decided I was tired of letting her sit in my backyard and threw some ideas at Tex up and BRE, and we talked about it quite a bit, and finally got the car up there.

The current plan is a bridgeport 20b single turbo set up. I was gonna go with an NA ITB set up, but I feel gay without boost. Since I've never really owned a car that wasn't boosted.

I originally had little plans for this car other than to 99 spec it out. But I've decided to make it into a little bit of a monster. So, the idea currently is streetport, GT35R, all that good stuff. Don't have a lot done to it currently. Coilovers, intercooler, intake, exhaust, LSD, etc etc

I'm loving the cage in the FC. I hope I can do that to my tired 202k-mile beast some day, track cars FTW.

And that white TII looks almost exactly like my friend's FC that he just sold, even the missing paint patterns are kind of similar. Looks like a great find, cleaned up well.

Oh shit. Sup man. I've been a member for a while but finally got motivated to actually post since I'm out at SEMA right now.

Yeah, BRE used to not touch rotary really. But since I came around last year, I've kinda inspired Tex to dig it a little more.

So we are doing a whole rotary R&D thing now.

So expect a lot of things out of us in the future.

Gonna start building the custom downpipe and stuff today for the white FC. I'm thinking of doing a white pearl paint job on it. I am keeping it white for sure though.

f**k yeah, rainy drift days. Smashed a wall, backed out of it. Finished the course.

Had to pull it back into the pits to check damage and then I went right back out. lmfao I had a blast yesterday. Driftin' at Lowes Motor Speedway. wooooo

Gonna 99 spec everything anyway, so it's allllll good. Of course I won't be drifting the car after that 'cause hopefully my two other drift cars will be finished by the time I actually get this car painted.

Bought another FC today. Gonna throw my old 13bT out of the 20b project car into it. It was a pretty decent streetport motor that still runs.

Gonna turn that bitch into a pick-up truck drift car.

I have no updated this thinger in a hot minute. It's all good. 'Cause I have not had a ton done. Been busy with running my business and all that crap. So, I have a deadline on the car, it absolutely 1,000,000% needs to be complete and good to go by the time PRI comes around.

We have a drift event that week down in Florida, so, we're wanting to knock out two birds with one stone, show it off at our PRI booth along with some other really cool things completely unrelated to rotary, and then test the car out on the track FINALLY. I'm dying to drive this thing right now. Though, I'm going out to Japan this weekend, I won't get a ton of shit done on it. Hopefully my wheels will get here before I get back that way some suspension crap can get done before I get back on the 11th.

I also bought a Lexus, not that anyone probably cares. rofl. It has one of them fancy pants 2jz things. Planning slappin' a turbo on that thing and making like 500whp. Yeeeeeh.

Yessir! I thiiiiiiink I posted a picture of it in an earlier post. Wow I really need to become more active on here.

This car does not exist, it's a unicorn.

We tweeked the fuck out of the dash and are currently making a carbon fiber one, which we will start selling if anyone wants a sweet fiberglass or carbonfiber FC dash. Also in the process of making the doors.

A flood of pictures will be had in the coming weeks as the car inches closer to being complete. We're taking it to go get painted very soon.

tranny is being custom built by Jerico Performance. The first and only 3-rotor tranny they've ever fucked with. It's pretty crazy shit. We had the mock up shit at the shop the last week or so, Jerico got everything back so I dunno about the ETA on the tranny. My guess is "soon" that's 'bout it. rofl

So anyway, didn't get pictures of me opening the motor since it was fucking nasty as fuck and my hands were FUCKED

No apex seal gone (Like I was told). Housing was cracked though.

Other than the housing though, everything else was fucking beautiful. So I'm gonna go take this car to get painted when I get back from Vegas in a week or two and start some hardcore progress with it.

Getting ready to port and rebuild the S5 motor finally. Going to get the car painted ASAP. I cannot wait to get that thing on the street. I really miss driving an FC.

Very very very much considering swapping a 13b turbo or NA 20b in my Corolla pretty soon (ie after I finish the rebuild of the FD)

The 4AGE is cool and all. But it puts out 0 power and I just feel kinda weird trying to drift a car that doesn't have a rotary in it. I dunno, we'll see what happens though. Lots of pictures of the 3-rotor FC coming very soon. Including v mount and all that stuff.

I always forget to update stuff. Engine came from Mazdatrix earlier this week.

A local guy I know put a FC turbo motor in his car, looks BA... But that's also cause it's a lower budget build, and he just makes things work... I really like the idea though...

Well. I (not so) secretly picked up another 3-rotor this week.

So that will more than likely go in the AE86, but probably not until I finish the 2jz build in my Lexus.
