S4 Rotor Modifications?

Anybody know a list of reputable shops who can do port-phasing, lightening, and full rotating assembly balancing? (both static and dynamic) Thanks

Port Phasing? As in scalloping the rotors? Last I knew Carlos Lopez was the only guy doing it on a CNC machine and then rebalancing everything afterwards.
