Exhaust build and help

Going to be building a custom exhaust for my FB, I am planning on using a Racing Beat header, with 2.25" manderal bent tubing and a magnaflow hushpower or similar muffler. The plan currently is to run the exhaust as high as possible under the car as it will be quite low and to have the exhaust exit thru the body in front of the rear wheel, on the drivers side. I will update this thread as I build the exhaust. Any ideas or thoughts on the project in general are welcome.

You mean actually cut a hole in the body panel and route the exhaust through the passenger compartment? Or just have it go under the frame rail? I've done the latter before. You do lose a couple inches of ground clearance that way.

It's going to be really loud with only a single Magnaflow. That's the problem with short exhausts on rotaries.

Routed through a cut so it would have gone into passenger compartment.

Yeah, that's a horrible idea on a street car. Route it all the way back past the end of the rear bumper

I ran a single magnaflow all the way to the back of the car and it sounded like a prop airplane taking off. Two weeks later added a second mufler.

here's what it sounded like with one magnaflow mufler:

Your's would be louder with a shorter pipe.
