Not very. Just need a mold and you can crank them out. Making the carbon weave nice is where I see the problem, but I've never worked with carbon before so I don't know for certain, just speculating. I have done alot with fiberglass though and we just wet the shit out and googe it in there and the fabric bunchs, and moves and does all sorts of funky shit. Doesn't matter for FG, but it would for carbon.
