The slot at the base of the headrest goes all the way through for a Y-style harness. They were recovered about 4 years ago but I've not drive the car in 3 years, so there is no visible wear.

Would you be willing to sell the vent covers and the defroster grilles off the dash separately? If so, how much do you want for them? Thanks!

Vent covers have to go with the surround. The defroster grills are broken and/or missing (I think - I know I removed what was left of one of them).

Hey guys, new to this forum. So far I love the site, so much Mazda info, it's great. I was wondering about the condition of the driveshaft and also the alternator. Also, is there vinyl for the top and is it useable? I will be driving through SC in a few weeks and could pick up these items without shipping. also lookin for a few interior parts. I will be driving the old vert' so we could possibly make a deal.

Driveshaft is good as is alternator (well, was when I parked the car in 2008). Most of the interior is out now - I've got the car inside and am slowly disassembling it. PM me on this forum and I'll give you my number.
