two RX-7 guy
 

Hey, new to this forum. I'm on a few others also. This one looks well rounded and seems to be friendly, so I thought I'd join up and check it out.
I have two RX-7's, a '85 GS and a '91 TII. They both have a few mods and I have owned them both for about 12 years now.
I'm also into aircooled VW's and Datsun's. Always up for making new car friends and learning more about cars.

Thanks for the welcome! I appreciate it, and glad to be here. Here's a few pics of my FB and FC.
'85 GS- streeported, K&N air cleaner, cold air breather, Centerforce stage 2 clutch, Racing Beat exhaust. Upcoming project is to install GSL limited slip rear end and disc brake system, Racing Beat full suspension (springs, sway bars), polyurethane bushings, Tokico struts and shocks, new wheels and tires, Z car fender flares.

'91 Turbo II- street ported, Racing Beat FCD, Thunder Fab 3" downpipe-runs back to the Y, Thunder Fab 3" intake tube, Magnaflow mufflers, HKS blow off, Blitz dual turbo timer, Centerforce dual friction clutch, Weapon R breather, Konig wheels, BF Goodrich tires. This car is going to get a rebuild hopefully this spring, and also get bigger fuel pump, bigger secondary injectors, possibly MSD coils. And as time and money permits, full body work and repaint, and the leather seats recovered. New wheels and tires

Thank you. Now if I could just get the cash together for a FD, I'll be set.. And maybe a RX-3, RX-4 or a Cosmo!

Yea this forum is better then most of the rotary forums out there, I think everyone would love to own a cosmo. I love the first gens personally. Welcome to the forum

I the forum, seems really nice. Lots of topics and nice people. I appreciate the welcome. I love all RX-7's, but yeah, the simplicity of the 1st gen cars is so awesome. And out of all of the 7's they are the most pure and true sports car. So much fun.

Man those are clean! I love old Datsuns as well, I'd love to build a 240Z myself. I like Corrados too.

Thanks, I appreciate it. The TII is about to get a rebuild, hopefully this spring. We believe the front plate is cracked, at a guess. The GS is getting some gradual upgrades as winter projects. I'm getting things ready right now for adding a GSL rear end to it. Then as money allows, suspension, wheel and tire upgrades.
Got the Corrado in April. Fixed the fuel pump, and now the water pump went out on it. But it runs and drives great. Another project to add to the list.
I had a '71 Datsun 510 I was building, and due to an illness at the time, I sold it 7 or 8 years ago. Wished I had it now, so I'm looking for a 510, 610 or 710 I can get and mess with.
