WTB: Inexpensive S5 N/A engine and manual tranny Raleigh, NC

I'm looking to pick up an inexpensive s5 N/A engine within 2-3 hours driving distance of Raleigh, NC. The engine doesn't have to run, but it does have to be cheap (see further note below). I'm also looking for driveshaft.

I've also got a grab bag of body parts I might be willing to trade to reduce the cost. They are from a black s5 GTU automatic. I do not have the differential, half shafts or ECU at this time (all spoken for already).

This is my first stab at this on my shoestring budget. I know I can get complete, running setups (Engine, ECU, transmission, driveshaft) for around $900, but I've got two RX-7 rebuilds in the air right now and I'm trying to keep costs way down. So, if you've got stuff in your garage your wife/mother/landlord/whatever is yelling at you to move, I'm your guy.;) If I have to wait a bit to get my parts until my cashflow is better, I can do that too.

Thank you in advance.

(edit) mods- if I've erred by putting non-engine related items in the post, I'm sorry. However, the engine is the primary thing I'm after right now.
