Got my license and ready to learn

Hey guys I'm David, I'm 18 and just got my lincense today! My dad has a 85 GSL-SE that has been neglected for almost 10 years. It needs some things to get it to be daily driver. I want to fix it and enjoy it, it has been a dream of mine ever since my dad bought it and became his first car. So yeah, I want to learn

You've come to the right place.

First questions:

-does it run?
-does it stop?
-interior condition?

What are your goals with the car? GSL-SE's in mint condition pull serious money these days, so restoring it as original condition as possible is the best idea.

Pics!

Its not starting, i put starter fluid in the carburetor and it starts for two seconds then it stops. Its in good condition interior wise. I just need to put the fuel injection, power steering, and power windows. Oh and I need to find an original stereo.

Future plans(my dads ideas)
-new paint job
-twin turbo
-new upholstery
-new lip

It should already be fuel injected. That's if it's the original motor.

The injector ports in the center housing? A product like this will definitely be better for you by eliminating any chance of a vacuum leak.
