Vacuum Block Issues/Routing

I have a vacuum block I'm making out of brass fittings. Currently I have my boost gauge (1/8" nylon line), GM MAP sensor (3/16"x12" [needs to be 1/4"]), and FPR (5/32") run off of a single line (5/32") from the manifold. I'm concerned that there's going to be a pressure drop or something from feeding so many things from one 5/32" line.

Is this going to cause any issues?

i would run the FPR off the nipple on the inside of the LIM. the gauge and sensor should be fine split from one source

It should be fine.

The only one important vacuum line you need to worry about is for the BOV for a turbo engine.
I don't think you need to worry about this in your case.

K, good to know. I'm actually currently running without a BOV (very limited) because mine busted... stupid Ebay crap.
