Where to get a rebuild kit?

Racing Beat also sells several kits depending on what exactly you're rebuilding. Their site is convenient because it lists all the part numbers included in the kit. The cheapest route is probably to order tbe OEM overhaul kits from an online dealership (e.g. www.onlinemazdaparts.com). The overhaul kit parts numbers should be in the parts catalog.

excellent

need pretty much everything but the apex seals.

You take it all apart yet and measure everything?
I found that Atkins and rotary aviation had the cheapest prices for most parts
And rotaryevolutions eBay store

I rebuilt mine for about $600 using those three places

Also what apex seals are ya using?
I wouldn't recommend reusing the 3 piece seals
My last engine seized because the top piece got to thin and rolled out of the slot
Took the housing and rotor with it

wooo... almost forgot about this. the engine is half apart. when it threw a side seal, we hastily started to dissemble the engine... not thinking to start with the front of the engine. needless to say, i need to put the back half back together again and restart at the front.

i want to say that the seals are not stock, but i cannot remember what he told me he used. i will try and find out though. they are not 3 piece seals.

edit: rotary aviation
