'88 13b MT motor and tranny for sale
 

Hey guys, Just posting this up here for a friend.

A buddy bought a 88 2nd gen 7 to race. He's pulled the 13 b motor and tranny out to replace with a piston engine/tranny..:icon_tdown:, and since he has no use for those parts he wants to sell them. He hasn't heard it run, so doesn't know if it does. The engine is partially disassembled, but as far as he knows everything is there, and just needs to get it out of his garage.

He wants $400.00 for whole thing. He said the car sat under a tree for 5 years, but doesn't know if the owner cranked it or not before the tear down...

If anyone is interested PM me..Its in Huntsville AL and probably would need to be picked up. He does however have a trailer and and truck and with some help might be willing to load and deliver. I'd have to ask.

need more details for the betterment of this thread (i'm personally not interested at the moment). TII or NA?

yeah it sounds like a possible core engien at most.. sitting for 5 years and now partly dis assembled..


how long has it been dis assembled for what parts have been disassembled?

Would he be willing to let go of just the engine? Looking for a rebuild project

I dont have any moreinfo but I'll check on all questions asked. Give me a few days. My friend travels alot.
