How bad? pics?

Bear in mind, funds might be low now, but it'll cost a shitload more to do it twice :):)

Pics is not very visable, any used housing with more than 15k miles is going to show a small wear groove on the side where the small piece of the apex seal rides. Flaking in the power stroke(exhaust stroke) isnt a very big deal and you may have a bit of blow by but it wont affect compression and you will likely never know it is there. It is really hard to see with the pic you posted though.

see.. that is the reason david is great for us rotary people.. he could have tried to sell me a housing , but instead he posted his thought.. awsome.. i'll get some better pic's up tomorrow.. it has just a small bit of flaking .

Please post a pic of the "ceiling" of the housing, and another of the spark plug holes, thats the compression area.

Geez, taking a picture must be difficult if you have to gamble, take a pain killer, and smoke. Or maybe it's just that rewarding. :D
