FB picture thread!!

I will start with my old 1982 S model. I never should have sold it. At least the guy who bought it in KY still drives it everyday. It has to have 200K plus, since I sold it with 186k+ on the original engine.

I got it from a local 7 guy, who was given the car by a co-worker in exchange for some work on a Mustang. I bought it for $600 'non-running'. He never tried to get it running. It was towed there, he cranked it, nothing, and then sold it to me. The original owner let it sit for over a year because one day it would not start. I replaces a 30 cent fuse and it fired right up, but smoked BAD. The oil control rings had dried up a bit. Then I rebuilt the carb, and got the floats adjusted wrong, which caused it to flood BAD. This washed the oil seals even worse, and it smoked more. So, I got the carb set perfect, ran some 'motor honey' in it with 20w50, changing the oil every 500 miles. After 3 changes, and 2 sets of plugs, it ran PERFECT, and didn't smoke a puff.

A bonus was it had a full old school RB exhaust system with no cat. I took all the emissions off, mechanical secondaries, and thats about it. She absolutely SCREAMED!!! I miss her dearly and should have never sold it. Enjoy.

Here are some old pics of mine. The Tornado Silver one had to go to a junkyard due to rust. The white one is in the garage getting some work done.
