I bought that set up from Too_Slow, let me tell you that is a beautiful piece, I almost don't want to install, I just want to frame it and look at it...lol...

That is quite tempting, I love all of CJ's pieces, awesome craftsmanship.

charlies7 03-07-2008 08:29 PM

Well I am definately running one this summer, excuse me while I wipe my chin...

railgun 03-07-2008 09:07 PM

From CJ-Motorsports website. List price is $315.

The rotary engine relies on a quality supply of fuel. Since it is sensitive to under-fueling, it is a good idea to upgrade to twin fuel pumps in your RX7 before running into starvation problems when tuning for high boost and horsepower.
The CJ Motorsports twin pump assembly is unmatched in quality and fit. You get a billet 6061 aluminum CNC machined flange with 3 bulkhead fittings that are -6 in size. Also included is a fuel safe 6-pin bulkhead electrical connector to safely and professional source power and ground for your pumps and fuel level sensor. Included are a pair of connectors and matching terminals that connect to this bulkhead on both the inside and outside of the flange for quick disconnect serviceability.
The pumps are supported by isolating plastic brackets with viton o-rings. This will keep the pumps quiet and not squeeze them together too tightly, distorting the internals.

You will be happy to find that this unit is available in 2 versions; twin walbros, or twin bosch. Use the corresponding ordering button for the version you prefer. Also, you may swap just the 2 brackets to change your fuel pump type later.

so its $315 for the setup or just the housings with no pumps or lines.

never mind just checked the website price is for the assembly only. How much for a drop in unit?

charlies7 03-09-2008 11:48 PM

figure 2 pumps would cost 200 bucks and wiring here and there, 550?

Correct the price is just for the assembly, pumps, lines, and wiring is up to you.

Not sure about running a group buy at the moment. I will talk it over with my business partner and see.
