Looking for experiences with DISCOUNT TIRES 2 GO

Was hoping to go back to TIRERACK, but surprised to find they carry only two options for 245/45-16 street tires (running stock wheels on an FD) and neither are very satisfactory.
During a search I learned that DISCOUNT TIRES 2 GO carries Z-rated TOYO PROXES in that size. I've never dealt with them, or know of anyone who has.
Any experiences out there?

If you buy from TireRack it will help support our Forum!
You can buy any type of tire once you click the link, Not limited to Dunlop or any other brand!
this link is also on the bottom for the forum page, below the lounge.

I'll try to find other tire companies that carry more options for the stock FD rim and if I find any I'll list them!

why do you want "Z rated toyo proxes" anyway? there are plenty of good tires out there

They don't carry Dunlops in that size.
As mentioned above, I would if they carried anything I wanted in my size. I've bought from TIRERACK before and been happy, and I'm not married to any particular brand. But excluding R-compounds, they only have two choices, Continental and Fuzion. And they're at opposite ends of the price spectrum. I've no experience with "Fuzion" tires and don't know anyone who has. Not interested at this time but tell me you've bought them and love them and why, and I'll reconsider.

I prefer 'Z' rated, but would accept 'W'. I typically don't track the car, but an HPDE event is not out of the question. And no I don't street race, but I've had my car in excess of 145 mph on a closed section of runway. And I like getting a speed rating above whatever I'm capable of. Until I get a dedicated set of R compounds mounted, I won't go below a 'W' rating.

Now, again I was hoping to find someone who'd ordered from this company previously. ZGN, if you don't think this thread is appropriate because it's not supportive of a sponsor, pull it. Sheesh.

You do know that speed rate testing is done at intervals of 8 hours or more. Just FYI, Copper Tire Rep told me this.
