I dunno what a "tanabe GF 265" is, but the Tanabe GF210's are...ok.
Problem with these springs is that they are larger diameter than stock springs - this causes headaches when trying to go with wider tires and / or aftermarket wheels; stock wheels with stock sized tires should not pose a problem.
Racing Beat springs are the common upgrade for street set-up's.
Linear rates with a good price make them a popular choice.
Tokico Blues set the standard for upgrade from stock for spirited driving.
You can't go wrong with them for the price.
(I have no idea why people are talking about "race" set-up's when the OP just wanted to upgrade their street car???"
