I don't know about aftermarket pre-manufactured fuel rails, I know you can buy fuel rail and a special drill bit and make your own.

The stock s5 fuel rail is pretty good.

Be careful of Stainless steel lines. If properly installed, they are Ok, but they have a nasty tendency to spring leaks at very inopportune times.
