No the FD kit will not fit that rectangular light... though the FC rx7 shares that light and we just finished a prototype set for that lamp. I don't want to go too far off topic in this thread (I'll start another FC/FB interest thread shortly) but since you asked I wanted to post our current working prototype. Whether we make this (and the 7" round version) will hinge on the amount of demand for them... but here are some shots of the FC / H6054 projectors:

The output would be identical to the FD sets we are currently making. Unfortunately there is even more work involved in creating these projectors (as compared to the FD version) so the price will be at least that of the FD one (hopefully not more). There is an unreasonable amount of steps involved in retrofitting these (and the FD) lights, and unfortunately it all must be done by hand. It's more of an art than a science...
