Technically, no. But it will transmit more sound (which is just vibrations carried via matter) through the rest of the car, so it will be louder in the cabin. How much I'm not sure, I haven't been in a '7 with solid mounts, but if it's a track car who the hell cares? Performance reigns supreme for a track car...
I use comp mounts from Racing Beat or Mazdatrix, they might even be the same. My car is pretty noisy inside, but I also have the \/\/\/ exhaust, 75% of the interior padding and carpet removed, a whiny performance fuel pump and a slightly noisy diff. And my cheap stereo has a baseline amount of static grumble grumble grumble...
