Not a lot, but it does make a difference. If the sidewall deviates from the plane of the wheel face (as yours do since your wheels are pretty wide compared to your tires, so different in fact that site I linked won't even show that tire size on 11" wide 18" dia wheels) then the tire height will be different, filling out the wheel well less.
