Project direction HELP thread/poll

Here goes. My current project started with a 90 vert with 83k with no motor. I bought a Jspec TII from a guy in alabama before I had title issues with the shell and the car has sat for about a year. In October I got antsy and decided to start the motor. I ran it for about 2 minutes to know that it had compression, and it has basically sat since. The title issues are finally working out and its time to start thinking about the car again.

I have a complete FMIC setup to allow me to keep the stock hood, but I don't have anything to control the ecu with the bigger turbo and FMIC. I am running the stock 550cc injectors. My exhaust is a 2.5" DP to cat pipe to RB n/a catback.

Can I run the stock ecu with the bigger knightsport turbo an FMIC with 550s and not blow it up? (prob not). At this point, I would rather use a stock turbo than buy a RTEK and 750s or some similar route. Another reason is that this turbo may have issues and I'd rather not worry about more power and this point.

Could I run a stock turbo with FMIC and keep 550 secondaries?

What do you guys think I should do?? I don't want to drop too much more money into it as I just bought an SA that I want to play with... I just want this one driveable.

Anyone want to trade a stock turbo for a hybrid knightsport (may need work)?
