The headlight housings I use are the same Sonar ones we distribute which you can purchase from several vendors as well as us.
The projector is one which we helped to design some years back. We have the projector body and lens manufactured for us. We then chrome the cast metal body in house and assemble the body and lens in house. The projector is a Bi-Xenon design utilizing the standard shutter and plate system to create the beam cutoff and to control the High and Low beam pattern. This system was designed using the UNECE (ECE for short) standard. I can produce the projector in RHD (Right Hand Drive) or LHD (Left Hand Drive) pattern per customer request. The projector uses a TC-DS2 style bulb with built in AMP connector utilizing a simple retaining nut to hold the bulb in place making changing of the bulb easier and eliminating the large block or igniter connector used by other HID bulbs.
The rest of the parts are sourced thru a couple of suppliers in Taiwan which manufactures our harnesses and ballasts. The ballasts we use are built to our requirements with a digitally control PCM unit with multiple built in protection circuits and built in power indicator. The ballast is designed to protect against voltage spikes and hot starts just to name a few. The ballast uses a cast housing with built in heat sink to help dissipate any heat build up as well as being completely epoxy sealed to keep it waterproof. Igniters are built in to help reduce size and we use standard 9006 power input plug and AMP output connectors. These units are 35watt ballasts which utilizes less power than your factory low beam halogen bulb after start up.
I can supply Slim-line ballasts in 35watt or 50watt which are universal Chinese units which do not utilize digitally controlled circuits or protection. I personally do not recommend using a 50watt ballast as all bulbs are designed to work on 35watts, the 50watt units will over charge the bulb shortening its lifespan and bleeding the color or hue.
We have bulbs made for us in OEM hues of 4.3K, 5K, and 6K, however I can provide Chinese bulbs in 3K, 8K, 10K and12K if so desired.
A CCFL (Cold Cathode Florescent Lamp) ring or halo is incorporated into the front housing which was intended for use as a signal in the original design. However wiring is setup for the user to operate as they choose allowing it to be used for Halo, Highway light, Turn Signal or whatever you decide.
I warranty all parts for 1 year and stock replacement parts.
