crankcase over-pressure

Hey all, I've run into a slight issue with my full-bridged 13B-RE that I've got in my FC. The crankcase is over-pressurizing when I go north of about 7,000 RPM, and it's gushing oil out the nipple on the back side of the center iron next to the oil fill neck. It's quite annoying, especially since I've no idea what to do to stop this. I've got a breather vent system set up on it now, but with the weber-style ITB setup, I don't have a PCV system as of yet. Oh, it's also all run as a N/A setup with all turbo oiling blocked off and I'm running an FD oil pressure regulator and pressure relief spring so it runs about 90-100psi when at temp. Thanks for the input, I'd really like to get this figured out soon as the engine is almost done with break-in and I don't really want to have oil spewing out on the dyno during the final tuning.
